Cancellation policy
- 70% of the cruise fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours or closer to the departure time. Catering will be charged in full if the cancellation is made 2 days or later.
- A 50% charge will be made for the cruise if the reservation is cancelled 25-48 hours before the start time.
- A 30% charge will be made for the cruise if the reservation is cancelled 25-48 hours before the start time.
- A 10% charge will be applied to the cruise if the reservation is cancelled 49 hours-7 days before the start date.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled 8 days before the start date.
The departure ports of the s/s Heinävesi are Savonlinna passenger port and Kuopio passenger port and Bellanranta. If the departure point is other than Savonlinna Passenger Port or Kuopio Passenger Port and Bellanranta, the ship's transfer costs to the departure point will be charged.
The shipping company's right to changes and cancellations:
The shipping company reserves the right to cancel or change the cruise schedule or route due to waterway safety, weather conditions or other safety reasons. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a refund or an alternative cruise, if available.
Indirect costs:
The shipping company is not responsible for any indirect costs that the customer may incur due to cancellation, such as charges from accommodation, travel or other service providers.
